2. the accuracy of the information;
3. whether the file is complete; and
4. whether the typical and expected academic pathway is coherent.
• Check for any noticeable inconsistencies, such as:
1. non-identical demographic information;
2. irregular or atypical academic pathway from one credential to the next;
3. overlapping periods of study; and
4. the physical location of the applicant and educational institution.
